Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All items are made to order specifically for you once you place an order.

1. Fulfillment (Production) Time

Because each item is printed or embroidered only after it is ordered, there is a processing period before your order ships:

  • Standard Fulfillment: 2–5 business days.

  • During Peak Seasons: Production may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order is fulfilled and leaves the facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfillment center closest to you.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

4. International Orders & Customs

Items are shipped from the nearest fulfillment center (USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, etc.) to reduce wait times and carbon emissions. However, if an item is shipped from outside your country, it may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail). If your tracking number hasn't updated in several days, don't worry—carriers often take 24–48 hours to sync their systems.

6. Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages. For example, if you order a T-shirt and a heavy framed poster, they may be fulfilled at different specialized facilities and arrive at different times.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the Estimated Delivery Date, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation for any address errors.

  2. Check with your local post office or neighbors.
